Private Dinner Party with La Van

La Van delivers a unique offering of expertise to the private dining world. They offer a custom service for families, parties and events, either at your home or at a treasured location in Mallorca.

Hire La Van with 4 catering staff for 8hrs, for one of the following services:

• Using location scouts from production companies to find the perfect setting for a special dinner on the island. Take La Van to the perfect spot, let the team cook for you and enjoy your special event.
• At your own home or holiday home with La Van and the catering team in your garden.

You will have the menu designed around your individual needs and preferences with regards to taste, season and dietary requirements. Drinks included.

Depending on your event, they offer an informal service of Paella or BBQ, or a themed service with tailored menus. There are three tailored menu options that you can choose from: Mediterranean, Mexican and Thai. Each menu includes a variety of dishes and drinks - here are some examples of each:

• Mediterranean: rice salad with dried apricots, parsley and lemon vinagairette, roasted leg of lamb, local cheeses and apple crumble with vanilla ice cream
• Mexican: corn cilantro & feta salad, tacos such as pulled chicken with tomato & red pepper salsa and tempura fried chard with salsa tzatziki, BBQ options and desserts such as lemon & lime cheesecake
• South East Asia: chicken satay and mango & papaya salad with Yuka crisps, red curry with crispy duck & green curry with cod, asparagus & broccoli and desserts such as banoffee pie & chocolate brownies
