Arabay Coffee

Café, store and training academy: Arabay offers not only delicious coffee but also a shop from which to buy and brew your own with all the gadgets, plus a training school for enthusiasts or trainee baristas.

Arabay Coffee, along with ‘Cafes Bay’ and ‘Cafés Alberti’ make up the ‘Bay Coffee Roasters’ national leading group in coffee sales.

Originally founded in 1952 from ‘Cafes Bahia’ (known as Cafes Bay today), the group expanded in 2014 to include Cafes Alberti founded in 1977. The brand is 100% organic, environmentally mindful and inclusive of Fairtrade. Worth noting, home delivery of beans is also available.

Stores can be found in all the Balearic islands – Mallorca, Ibiza & Menorca. Whilst in the city of Palma, visit their bustling flagship store in Placa Major. There's plenty of seating inside, for those wanting a break from the hustle and bustle of the city centre or an outside terrace for relaxed spectators. An excess of brewing methods is available and a series of grinders set up for the various drinks on offer.

You can also pop in to the Arabay coffee point at vibrant ‘Mercat de l’Olivar’ or, there is one additional store in the middle of the island at Lloret de Vistalegre for those in need of their Arabay fix whilst out of the city.

Sign up for a ‘Complete Barista Course’, ‘Latte Art’ or even a ‘Masterclass in Espresso’ to ensure you’re making the most of your daily coffee. Classes can be booked online or enquire within the stores.
