Dragon Bike Tour

Dragon bike tour is possibly the most spectacular of the Cycling in Palma tours but be prepared for a long ride!

The starting point is the city centre of Palma, leaving the city you will head directly into the mountains, a 6km climb to “Coll de Sa Creu”. At the top of the hill with a 378m. altitude gain you will regroup to start the downhill to Calviá valley. The road is in great condition heading to the small and quiet town of Capdella. Here comes the time for a little rest.

After climbing again towards Andratx the tour takes an easy-riding secondary road until S’Arraco to the final climb to Sant Elm – your destination. It’s an authentic little paradise on the most south-western point of the island.

Here you'll have time to eat, time to rest and time to swim admiring the view of the spectacular “Dragonera” island in front.

The route back to Palma will pass along the coast, include a few easy climbs to reach Andratx and Paguera, a relaxed return perfect for the end of this long journey.
