featured in Restaurants Updated

A unique experience that pushes boundaries with ingredients and new flavours.

Immerse yourself in an unparalleled tasting experience at Brut Restaurant, where local, fresh and seasonal ingredients harmonise with house-made matured and fermented elements, craft beers, kombuchas, and natural wines.

Set in a warehouse-style space for just 12 diners, the ambiance revolves around the central cooking station. Edu Martínez and his team guide you through a culinary journey that embraces small-scale producers and incorporates wild products.

This restaurant was already heralded as the ‘best new restaurant’ when it opened as a pioneer in 2018. The menu, emphasising presentation and interaction, boasts dishes such as: ‘Monkfish with beetroot foam, citrus mayo, and edible blue flowers’, each course paired with craft beer or local wine.

From ‘slow-cooked Angus beef to the adventurous slow-roasted pig’s head’, Brut fearlessly explores unconventional flavours. The interactive preparation, including the carving of the pig's head, adds a theatrical touch to this dining experience.

Worth knowing

Please do note that, due to the 12 person tasting menu, the restaurant cannot accommodate food allergies.
