Ca n'Ignasi Restaurant

A family run authentic Mallorcan restaurant with great tasting menus

featured in Restaurants Updated

Located in Inca, this restaurant offers a taste of all the Balearic islands, not just Mallorca

This unique restaurant is a culinary gem, born out of a shared passion for Balearic gastronomy and indigenous products. Starting from humble origins in a rustic garage, the space maintains its original charm. The restaurant offers a rotating tasting menu every fortnight or month that utilises seasonal ingredients.

Signature dishes include "Rostit homit" lamb and the cuttlefish served with Mallorcan savoury tart, and are rooted in tradition. Recently, the New York Times featured the restaurant and said ‘A parade of delicious eccentricities that have surprised and delighted us.'

The family have a passion for cooking and education, so they also offer workshops to encourage the learning of  traditional cooking methods. Examples include the Ibizan "bollit de peix" and lobster stew master classes with tastings.
