C’an Torrat Restaurant

Since 1972, this restaurant has delighted diners with its generous, top-quality Majorcan torrada (barbecue). Speaking of ‘simple’, there isn’t actually a kitchen and the cuisine is still what it was 50 years ago. The experts at C’an Torrat prepare impeccably fresh, sliced-to-order meat for the grill, crafting a personalised culinary experience. The speciality, grilled meat, is seasoned with traditional Majorcan picadillo and premium virgin olive oil, infused with oak and almond wood flavours from the barbecue. Accompaniments include garlic-and-pepper fries, mouthwatering aioli and special tomato sauce. In addition to the meat, there are salads and ‘pa amb oli’ (bread with olive oil).
