A small, yet sophisticated Japanese restaurant offering exceptional sushi and shabu shabu in an intimate setting.
This restaurant offers different spaces to enjoy their gastronomy. The first is at the bar with comfortable stools, where patrons can see the chef create, the second and third are comfortable restaurant settings on the upper and lower levels. Sushi and shabu shabu are the restaurant specialities but Kaizen has a wide variety of dishes available, including some with Mediterranean flair.Connoisseurs of properly prepared tartare will be pleasantly surprised by this refined delicacy, and the Chef can offer amazing hot dishes and tempting desserts.
Of course, gluten free, vegan and vegetarian dishes are available too.
