Mambo Restaurant
Brazilian inspiration close to Passeig Mallorca
An upmarket tapas establishment with a difference
The epitome of elegance and refined cuisine, this restaurant has already earned significant recognition. Mambo is a fusion of the tradition and the avant-garde,owned by a young and talented couple, the decor, the service and cuisine tick all the boxes.
The menu is divided clearly into lovely, clear segments - starting with ‘raw’ and concluding with ‘sweet endings’. In between you will peruse premium cuts of meats and non-farmed fish. Dishes include the ‘Scallop and truffle tartare’ and, for two hungry people: the ‘Carabineros (scarlet prawns) with country style fried egg’. In 1981 in Brazil, Chef Gabriel Conti was born into a family with Basque-Italian origins where cooking and dining together was a way of honouring life.

“Excellent. We had a great dinner at Mambo. Service, the open kitchen and decor were incredibly delicious. The menu with squid, tenderloin and, then, ice cream was outstanding. A very good experience.” – Trip Advisor
“New Favourite. This is my new favourite restaurant in Palma. Had a fantastic night. I was with a top chef from Edinburgh who introduced me to Mambo and raved about it having been a couple of days before. It exceeded my expectations. Food was out of this world and the service friendly and professional. Will be back very soon, loved it❤️ ” – Trip Advisor
“Excellent tapas, good atmosphere for couples. We went one weekday in July. We had a selection of tapas, well cooked and better served. Especially delicious - the berberechos and the tartar. Also the bread with oil, something not to miss! A fantastic experience, to repeat every time we go to Palma.” – Trip Advisor
