This place offers sashimi and sushi that truly melt in your mouth. They use the freshest ingredients and serve them in authentic Japanese styles, including sushi, nigiri, sashimi, and maki. Additionally, they have a unique twist with temaki shaped like tacos. The tempura is excellent, and the beef tataki is also outstanding. We had dessert which was a nice matcha, milk soft serve and we ate it before we got a photo! I believe this is the only authentic Japanese restaurant in Mallorca—no fusion, no cream cheese!
