The space may be small, but the cuisine is overwhelmingly well rated. Experience the culinary artistry at Stagier Bar, where the cuisine is a harmonious blend of lessons learned from gastronomy in Spain combined with the chefs’ Latin roots. Nestled on the outskirts of Santa Catalina, Stagier Bar is a hidden gem that Chef Joel Baeza and partner Andrea Sertzan unveiled in 2018. This small restaurant offers an inviting atmosphere, well-priced, unpretentious cooking.
This restaurant marries Latin and Mediterranean flavours and features dishes including ‘Black truffle egg’ and ‘Sea Bass Peruvian ceviche’ and ‘smoked tenderloin steak tartare’.
Chef Joel, drawing from a wealth of experience in Michelin-starred establishments, infuses each tapas dish with a delightful fusion of flavours. At Stagier Bar, the Mediterranean small plates go beyond the ordinary as Chef Joel creatively crafts in his Chilean heritage.
