The villa features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a private swimming pool, comfortably accommodating up to 5 guests in modern, air-conditioned interiors. The large private pool is surrounded by pleasant terraces and gardens, offering excellent privacy compared to other properties in a similar location. A car is not required!

Inside, the villa is set over one floor and includes:

• A bright and spacious lounge with a sofa bed, satellite TV, and Wi-Fi internet, alongside an adjoining dining area.
• A separate, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, 4 cooking rings, fridge, and freezer.
• A large master bedroom suite with a double bed, en-suite shower room, and direct access to the outside.
• A twin bedroom and a family shower room.
• Both bedrooms are air-conditioned (included in the rental price), and the interiors have been fully renovated to a high standard.

Outside, the private swimming pool sits within extensive terraces adorned with flowers and Mediterranean shrubs.
