La Coma is set in more than an acre in the exclusive Colonya Valley opposite Pollenca´s Golf Course, yet within walking distance of the Old Town and just a 10-minute drive to Cala San Vicente and Puerto Pollenca beaches.

With its traditional Mallorcan stone walls both inside and out, mature shrubs, bougainvillea, and expansive open terraces offering stunning mountain views, La Coma provides the perfect setting for a relaxing family holiday.

Boasting separate upper and lower level accommodation, this villa is ideal for two families or a large extended family, offering ample space for everyone to relax and enjoy moments of peace and quiet.

In addition to its charming, traditional features, La Coma is equipped with modern amenities including flat-screen televisions, iPod docking stations, a Wii games system, Apple TV, and Wi-Fi throughout the villa.

Sleeping

The villa can sleep up to 10 guests in five bedrooms. Three double bedrooms, two of which are ensuite and two twin bedrooms.

This property is let on a self-catering basis. However, welcome packs are provided as part of the package so you'll have all the basics waiting for you on your arrival.

The pool

There is a very large pool (10m x 5m) with roman steps (min depth 1m, max depth 2m) and the terraces is bathed in sunshine with ample shade from porches throughout the day.
