Villa Roina is an impressive 4 bedroom house with fantastic views of the Puerto Pollensa countryside, 10 minutes' walk from the beach and amenities. This popular coastal resort has a huge choice of shops, cafes and fashionable bistros along the seafront leading to the marina and continuing along the famous Pine Walk.

This villa boasts a private south-facing swimming pool set amidst spacious gardens, complemented by a bright and airy interior. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge, as well as Wi-Fi, are included for your convenience.

Entrance

From the street, a long, gated driveway leads to a private parking area beside the garden. A covered terrace leads to the main entrance.

Living space

The lounge is equipped with comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table with chairs. The adjacent kitchen is spacious and well-equipped, offering views over the pool and BBQ terrace. The kitchen also provides access to the utility room.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the ground floor, you'll find a shower room and a twin bedroom that overlooks the rear courtyard. Upstairs, there is another twin bedroom with a private balcony offering views of both the courtyard and the distant Tramuntana Mountains. The third twin bedroom shares a spacious balcony with the double bedroom, which faces the pool and Boquer Valley. The double bedroom has an en suite bathroom, while the twin bedrooms share a separate bathroom.

Swimming pool, garden and BBQ area

The exterior space is one of the villa's best features. The south-facing pool is surrounded by a large sun terrace and lawned garden, perfect for soaking up the sun throughout the day. If you need a break from the heat, the covered chill-out seating and dining space provides ample shade.

Additionally, there’s a brick BBQ for preparing delicious meals in the comfort of your own villa. A second partially shaded courtyard is located at the rear, complete with a table and chairs for further outdoor relaxation.
