This trip actually begins in Palma, where one takes the electric train that joins Palma to the 'valley of the oranges' - Soller.
After a pleasant ride through some beautiful scenery, you arrive in Soller where a tram takes you to the Port of Soller.

The walk itself really begins at the end of the tram line, and it is a short one, since the climb to the tower "torre picada" is on an easy road and takes only half an hour.
Here you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Soller coastline. The round trip takes no more than a couple of hours, which makes this excursion perfect for summer. At the end you can have a swim at the Port of Soller beach, before returning to Palma. You can make a day trip of it by spending some time in Soller itself.
