Sa Punta de S’Aguila is a stunning traditional Mallorcan stone villa, set on the edge of rugged mountain countryside that dramatically descends to the sea. Located just a 20-minute walk from a charming pebble beach, this idyllic retreat offers a perfect balance of seclusion and coastal beauty.
Inside, the spacious interiors have been elegantly decorated with chic modern furnishings and stylish fabrics, while vibrant contemporary artworks adorn the walls. The comfortable living area is an inviting space to unwind in the evenings, and several beautiful terraces provide breathtaking sea views, ideal for alfresco dining at any time of day.
For your entertainment, the villa is equipped with a flat-screen TV, DVD player, complimentary WiFi, and a table tennis table. Guests also have access to a shared tennis court, which is exclusively available to the villa’s sister properties, Sa Terra Rotja and Son Balagueret. Tennis equipment is provided free of charge.
Sleeping
The villa comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across five beautifully appointed double en-suite bedrooms. Each bedroom is thoughtfully equipped with tea and coffee-making facilities, a notepad and pen, stamped postcards, a laundry basket, a safety deposit box, a hairdryer, and a plug adapter for added convenience.

Dining
The villa is let on a catered basis with a private chef providing daily continental breakfast plus lunch and dinner for six nights of your stay.
Their chefs and hostess will prepare a selection of cold dishes for breakfast before leaving each evening and you can help yourself in the morning, so there’s definitely no need to rush up! Lunch is served buffet style and three-course dinners can be tailor made according to your preferences, or they can serve local Mallorcan and Mediterranean style dishes.
On one day during your stay they can arrange for you to visit some of the local restaurant offerings and are happy to organise reservations.
All drinks including alcoholic beverages are included and you are welcome to help yourself. Their team will chat to you before you arrive to make sure they’ve stocked up with your favourite tipples.
