An enchanted summer evening at Castell son Claret, Mallorca
Castell Son Claret, Mallorca’s exclusive hideaway, will play host to five of the world’s most up and coming singers, specially selected from the Teatro alla Scala and the Salzburg Festival’s Young Singer’s Project, for an intimate operatic evening.
The Salzburg Festival began in 1920 and is held every summer in Salzburg, the birthplace of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. In 2008 the festival set up the Young Singers Project - a platform which supports rising young singers. Twenty-one starlets are selected from 400 applicants and offered an exclusive scholarship which among other things allows the talented artists to travel the world in association with the Festival.
To mark the occasion, Castell Son Claret has put together a symphony for the senses with a cocktail reception followed by dinner set within the estate’s magical gardens and conducted by the hotel’s Michelin starred maestro in the kitchen, Fernando Arellano.
Tickets for the evening cost € 195 per person including cocktail reception, 5-course menu and wines selected by the sommelier, all non-alcoholic beverages plus the concert.
